An investigation into a United States airstrike in Kabul which ultimately killed 10 civilians has found the military committed no criminal negligence or violation of the law in launching the attack but did identify errors in its execution.Ī review of the steps which lead to the deadly August 29 strike was ordered and carried out by Air Force Inspector General Lieutenant General Sami Said who divulged the findings in part in a press briefing on Wednesday.
